Source, screen and shortlist suitable partners against the client's strategic and technical criteria. Present a shortlist for client approval.
Negotiation & JV Formation
Facilitate bilingual commercial negotiations, agree JV structure, equity and governance, and complete all registration formalities.
JV Operational Support
Post-formation operational support — HR setup, coordination between JV parties, ongoing liaison — defined under a separate agreement.
Representative deliverables
Engagements run on a twelve-month retainer with a success fee aligned to the closed transaction. All work is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with confidentiality preserved for three years beyond the engagement.
